Policy statement

Policy statement of invita arbo
The policy of the organisation is aimed at ensuring the continuity and growth of the company, while complying with all applicable laws and regulations, in particular occupational health and safety legislation.
Customer satisfaction, as well as employee satisfaction, form the foundation of the organisation. As customer satisfaction is partly dependent on a high level of employee satisfaction, management recognises that a policy focused on safety, health and psychosocial workload is essential for the continuity of the organisation. In addition, delivering quality in the broadest sense is a key requirement for the continuity and further development of the company.
invita arbo aims to maintain certification in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, supplemented by the requirements of the Certification Scheme for Occupational Health Services. These frameworks require the organisation to remain alert and to continuously improve the quality of both its services and its internal processes.
invita arbo is an independent occupational health provider with five closely related core activities:
- Sickness absence management for employees
- Carrying out and reviewing RI&E (Risk Inventory and Evaluation)
- Conducting PAGO / PMO (periodic and preventive medical examinations)
- Performing pre-employment medical examinations
- Consultation with the occupational physician
All services are delivered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as current scientific insights and generally accepted professional standards.
invita arbo is not affiliated with, and will not affiliate with, organisations that could influence these services due to conflicting interests.
Quality for clients
invita arbo is aware of the needs of its clients and recognises that these needs may change over time due to societal developments and changes in legislation.
We continuously adapt our processes and services to these developments in order to achieve the highest possible level of client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Feedback from requests, complaints and client satisfaction surveys contributes positively to this process.
