As an extension of your HR department, we support employers in their coordinating role and complement their HR responsibilities. Partnerships with VMD Koster and Millenaar
invita arbo is part of VMD Koster Groep, alongside the insurance advisory firms VMD Koster verzekeringen and Millenaar Adviesgroep. These advisory firms support organisations and individuals with insurance and pensions. This work is carried out by a team of nearly 100 colleagues based in Alphen aan den Rijn, Hoofddorp and Rotterdam. VMD Koster Groep is independent and is not part of, or owned by, an investor or (foreign) insurer.
Our name
The name invita has been chosen with care. It is recognisable and approachable. The name evokes ideas of life, vitality and invitation. This is no coincidence: at invita, it is all about positive momentum. We aim to encourage people to take action and move towards recovery, growth and sustainable wellbeing at work.
