What are PAGO and PMO?

PAGO
PAGO is mandatory in certain sectors and focuses on work-related health risks. For example, exposure to noise, hazardous substances or physical strain.
PMO
PMO has a broader scope and also looks at lifestyle, mental workload and sustainable employability. It complements the PAGO and can be offered voluntarily by the employer.
